The DuraLabel 2000 packs the speed, power and high quality printing of a desktop labeler into a lightweight handheld that can travel to wherever labeling is needed. The DuraLabel 2000 prints more efficiently and stays out in the field longer with a bevy of features intended to get your remote labeling jobs done quickly and accurately while you’re still in the field.
The DuraLabel 2000 does all the thinking for you. The DuraLabel 2000’s smart technology detects the size of a newly loaded supply and adjusts your text and image sizes automatically. With other labelers, changing the settings from printing barcode to printing wire wraps can take longer than actually designing and printing labels – causing a loss of time and patience. But with the DuraLabel 2000, you spend less time in the field pushing buttons and digging through menu pages and more time printing out high quality labels for a wide variety of applications. And the DuraLabel 2000 lets you save up to 32 unique designs for labels that may be used repeatedly.
Overheating commonly causes downtime and delay when printing with a portable thermal transfer labeler. When the thermal transfer printhead gets too hot, it automatically shuts down until it cools to an operable temperature. The DuraLabel 2000 addresses this issue with its two thermal printheads. When one of the DuraLabel 2000’s printheads gets too hot, the other printhead begins operation to allow the first one to cool.
Battery life is often compromised when portable labelers pack so many power features. Not so with the DuraLabel 2000. Its low-self discharge lets you stay out in the field longer and accomplish more labeling jobs before batteries must be charged or replaced.
